Location and facilities at Godmanchester Lock

Godmanchester Lock was part of a series built between 1618 and 1630 located on the River Great Ouse.

Opposite the lock is Port Holme Meadow, which is claimed to be the largest meadow in England.

There are footpaths to Huntingdon, Brampton and Godmanchester, all of which are only a short distance. This is a great location for cycling or walking on a sunny day.
